Abstract:
ABSTRACT: This project focuses on the export of rear-view mirrors for the company DORET. Throughout the thesis we present how the creation of the company develops from the simplest (the choice of product, market and company), to the most complex (price fixing), this involves a great dedication and time, since that must be precise in every decision that is made. The rearview mirrors are indispensable as part of cars that is why this product was chosen, they have the best materials and in the production they have supervision and special care. The company has the slogan "Because sometimes to keep going we have to look back", this is as our main objective is that the product fully meets the functions it should have. The market is focused on Finland, because it’s a country with a large production of cars in Europe, that is why it’s estimated that it has great capital benefits with sales, this will be used to improve the products and the same sector, using this in advertising, promotion, better materials and savings for future opportunities, this is carried out mainly in the potential market, since it is the market that buys most of the products to assemble, therefore, the public goal of the assembling companies, this makes it the perfect market for the sale of rear-view mirrors.
Currently the company continues to obtain and improve both in technological advances and in the same automotive market. It has been made a correct calculation and market research was carried out, as well as the price, including the choice of the ideal market. This is reflected in the objectives achieved as the new objectives in mind. It is for these reasons that the company goes ahead and improves. All this project was thanks to the help of the employees and the people in charge of the administration of the company, since in all the errors of work and of the company the employees have worked with the only goal of continuing to improve and avoid committing more errors, that is why the company DORET SA de CV carrying out a strategy plan to combat these incidents and that the competition does not succeed, this is achieved by working as a team, in harmony, choosing the most qualified people for the work and above all with the mentality of getting ahead every day, complying with the rules and keeping good control.
