Abstract:
ABSTRACT: Audi® Internationale Haus (AIH), is a vertical residential complex, located in Puebla
de Zaragoza municipality in the State of Puebla, México. The project emerge from
a previous investigation that results in the lack of residential complexes in the
location. The development of new housing complex and the economic growth in
the State of Puebla are main intentions of the AIH project. This project presents the
main elements to perform, develop and design a project that would resolve the lack
of dwelling, raising the quality of life of the inhabitats provinding opportunities of
growth and improvement of the urban image of Puebla. The thesis is developed in
five chapters which define the problem statement, which describes the projects
background ande the principal goals and hypothesis that will be used to plan an
present the corresponding architectural solution; theoretical and conceptual
framework, that has the used theories and different aspects of the research
guideline for the excecution of AIH project; and the methodological analysis, in
where an architecture precedent study was made the for a better understanding of
the project, as well as the users, their needs and the area analysis, to the
conditioning factors of desing for the proper fuction of the project that results in the
executive project, which integrates the desing methods to have the best
implementation for the inhabitats needs, sustained under the corresponding
normativity of Puebla State, where the engineering projects were developed, to be
used for the enrichment of the AIH project and the cost benefit analysis to know the
financial scope therof. As a general execution analysis of the project will lean us to
the debate of results and conclusions that carried out to make the comparison and
fulfillment of the proposed project main goals.
