Abstract:
ABSTRACT:
The present work intends by means of a design of a vibrating table, to achieve a quality control way for the mechanical elements and/or the electronic media varying frequencies through a PID control, this will allow for the response of the elements in the study and make changes in its design and/or manufacture to prevent it from failing.
It is desired that the performance of the assembly screws and the withstanding of power be favorable at the frequencies applied through the PID.
Applying QFD is intended to validate the design of the vibrating table and each and every one of its elements. The computer programs to use are Inventor Pro®, Matlab and Ansys Workbench 18®.
By means of numerical analysis, it is verified that the calculations and materials are selected. Each of the elements that make up the vibrating table is the correct ones for the proper functioning of the product.
The design cost of the vibrating table is intended to be less than that of the laboratory tests to approve of its future construction.
