Abstract:
RESUMEN: La planta de reciclaje de pet en fibra de poliéster “ECOPET” es un proyecto urbano- arquitectónico y ejecutivo que enfoca a generar empleos en el municipio de Chicoloapan, Estado de México. Su función principal es ofrecer una solución al déficit que tiene el municipio, por una parte, en cuanto a el gran porcentaje de tasa de desempleo y por otro el municipio de Chicoloapan es uno de los seis sitios de disposición final que se encuentra en el Estado de México, (ex mina peña de gato) donde este sitio recibe 1,955 ton/ día que llegan de la Ciudad de México.
La creación de esta planta de reciclaje ofrece el poder de generar empleos en el municipio de Chicoloapan, donde personas que se dedican a los residuos sólidos, tengan un empleo más formal, pero principalmente ayudaría al medio ambiente, puesto que esas toneladas de residuos sólidos en especial el pet que llegan al municipio al día, se puede transformar en otra materia prima, así generando una evolución en cuanto a la economía del municipio y nuevas oportunidades laborales de trabajo no solamente a los habitantes que se dedican a los residuos sólidos, si no a la población en general de Chicoloapan.
La planta de reciclaje se desarrolla en un terreno de 14,000 m2 con un 60% de área construida, el cual corresponde a 8,785 m2 el cual está construido tanto la zona de producción, servicios, recepcional y recreación, así como administración, mientras que el otro 40%, corresponde a las áreas exteriores, donde se encuentra una cancha de usos múltiples. El proyecto dona un 10% por sustentabilidad del terreno, con un diseño para uso urbano, proponiendo mobiliario urbano y se tenga un espacio de recreación.
El ejecutivo del proyecto toma en cuenta el diseño, criterios, propuestas, así como cálculos respectivos del proyecto. En el proyecto arquitectónico, estructural e instalaciones hidrosanitarias, se tomó en cuenta pensar y analizar la sustentabilidad, proponiendo así, un sistema de reutilización y abastecimiento de agua, Se incluyen las instalaciones eléctricas, especiales, de comunicación, señalética, arquitectura del paisaje, obras exteriores, así como un proyecto de costo paramétrico total, indicando calendario de obra y el financiamiento de este.
ABSTRACT: The "ECOPET" polyester fiber pet recycling plant is an urban-architectural and executive project that focuses on generating jobs in the municipality of Chicoloapan, State of Mexico. The creation of this recycling plant offers the power to generate jobs in the municipality of Chicoloapan, where people who are dedicated to solid waste will have a more formal job, but mainly it would help the environment, since those tons of solid waste in especially the pet that arrives in the municipality daily, can be transformed into another raw material, thus triggering an evolution in terms of the municipality's economy and new job opportunities not only for the inhabitants who are dedicated to solid waste, but also to the general population of Chicoloapan.
The recycling plant is developed on a 14,000 m2 plot of land with 60% of the built area, which corresponds to 8,785 m2 which is built for both the production area, services, reception and recreation, as well as administration, while the other 40% corresponds to the outdoor areas, where there is a multipurpose court. The project donates 10% for the sustainability of the land, with a design for urban use, proposing urban furniture and having a recreation space.
The project executive takes into account the design, criteria, proposals, as well as the necessary requirements of the project. In the architectural, structural and hydro-sanitary installations project, thinking and analyzing sustainability was taken into account, thus proposing a system of reuse and water supply, including electrical, special, communication, signage, exterior works, as well as a total parametric cost project, which indicates the work schedule and its financing.
