Plataforma de entrenamiento para emergencias médicas

Abstract

One of the biggest problems in the Cruz Roja Mexicana is the few resources they have to train volunteers that want to join them. This project is intended to train people to solve medic emergencies that can happen in our daily life. Our goal is to train people with a software that doesn't require a specialist to be there explaining how to save people. The Project is developed in a distributed system. The first part managed the voluntarees and their progress in the simulator. The second part is developed in Kinect. In this one the simulated emergencies will take place and the volunteers will solve one by one in the better way they can. This project will trained more people in less time and with less money resources.

We use a simulator interface and an application web to train people, this is really useful to capacitate people in different ways, is practical and cheap, our project get into a new category of education call MOOC (Massive online open course). The MOOC education will be the future of the education. We innovate the field of trainings online. The project that we developed is better than the other ones because the user interacts in a realistic way the situations that we raised in each of the modules. The users will be more prepared for real situations if they practice how it is done and not only the theory.
