El principal interés de esta tesis radica en conocer el adelanto y los avances que se
han suscitado a lo largo del presente siglo a favor de las condiciones de las mujeres.
La participación política, la toma de decisiones son actividades en las que deben
estar inmersas las mujeres, por el simple hecho de formar parte de una sociedad
democrática. El género femenino ha estado escaso en estas prácticas y ha pasado a
segunda categoría por los antecedentes históricos que nos envuelven desde los
inicios del estado moderno, los hombres llevaron la batuta en las actividades políticas
del país, de hecho pocas son las mujeres que han sido reconocidas por sus
participaciones políticas. Es preciso conocer los obstáculos que han frenado el
desarrollo intelectual y profesional de las mujeres, para poder mejorar paradigmas e
incentivar la participación política en la Administración Publica de México. La
metodología aplicada en este trabajo de investigación fue el método histórico, que
plantea los inicios de las reivindicaciones femeninas por ejercer sus derechos. El
método deductivo permitió visualizar el contexto desde una perspectiva mundial
hasta lo que acontece en nuestro entorno nacional, por último se aplicó el método
comparativo que permitió hacer una comparación más amplia del número de mujeres
que han participado en los puestos de toma de decisiones en México. Los resultados
del análisis permitirán construir una propuesta que coadyuve a incentivar la
participación política de mujeres, mediante una estrategia que promueva y
concientice al género femenino para formar parte de la toma de decisiones que
conciernen al país.
ABSTRACT
The principal interest of this thesis takes root in knowing the advance and the progress that have been provoked throughout the present century in favour of the conditions of the women. The political participation, the capture of decisions are activities in which the women must be immersed, for the simple fact of forming a part of a democratic company. The feminine kind has been scanty in these practices and has gone on to the second category for the historical precedents that wrap us, from the beginnings of the modern condition, the men took the baton in the political activities of the country, in fact few ones are the women who have been recognized by his political participations. It is necessary to know the obstacles that have stopped the intellectual and professional development in the women, creating an offer to stimulate the political participation in the Public Administration of Mexico. The methodology applied in this work of investigation was the historical method, which it raises the beginnings of the feminine recoveries for exercising his rights. The deductive method allowed to visualize the context from a world perspective up to what it happens in our national environment, finally there was applied the comparative method that allowed to do a more wide comparison of the number of women who have taken part in the positions of capture of decisions of Mexico. The results of the analysis will allow to construct an offer that it contributes to stimulating the women's political participation, by means of a strategy that promotes and raise awareness to the female gender to be part of the capture of decisions that concern to the country.
