Abstract:
ABSTRACT: This project shows through the company "Camas Ultra" whose main activity focused on developing medical products basically on beds for hospital use and their interest to incorporate them into the international market through export activities. In it, emphasis is placed on the factors that intervene so that Mexico as a supplier country develops activities with these foreign countries, particularly Dubai belonging to the United Arab Emirates.
As the first point stands out, the history of its creation of the product, the process of its manufacture, the different types that can be found in the market, each one with similarities but there can be different functions, also the production and foreign consumption of our product in this case would be public and private companies. Later, he will present himself to evaluate the market through an investigation as: the possible clients that we can obtain, the internal and external factors that affect and favor the export of the product, the DAFO analysis that will help to know if the situation of the company and the product and whether it can be variable or not. We mentioned the strategies that will be used to commercialize the product, creating the brand and its slogan. We aware that each country sets regulations for the labeling of certain products, also the packaging and floorboard that the product must carry for export, as well as the slogan be careful with their ideologies of the uses of colors. The company will have a presence in the UAE market in Dubai through the different media and advertising that will be used in this case we will also use the International Fairs to publicize our product. The logistics that will be carried out and the selected transport as well as the routes they will use, the INCOTERM, and finally the support that the government offers for the export, the procedures that are required for the payment mechanism and the price of the product . Export approximately 700 beds each quarter and total year 2100. In many cases, Dubai has shown that it is a country with a high economic profitability import index to the medical market since in the last few years it has been developing medical infrastructures which will be a market with great potential for our company and product. We intend to generate clients and money so that the company grows and is able to position itself well in the market.
