dc.description.abstract ABSTRACT: The research of this thesis is based on the development and commercialization of a company and product towards the automobile manufacturing companies, so first of all an approach to the problem is established from which general and specific objectives are generated. Therefore, the investigations are carried out to have justifications for the approach of the problem. By having this, an export plan is made with all the objectives and studies previously carried out. The history of the product that is mentioned, taking with it all the characteristics that belong to it, such as the types of chests or capos that exist, the composition of which they are made, the uses that is use, the production process of the product, the world consumption and consumption to the country of destination that has been established. A strategic plan for the export of the merchandise is presented, as well as the evaluation of the internal and external factors that the company can present at the moment of the export, in order to establish the potential markets and in that same carry out the selection of the market and the country of destination through the use of the SWOT matrix. It shows the process of the development of the brand, it´s design and interpretation based on the theory of colors, as well as its registration in the IMPI, also shows the development of the motto, label, packaging, boxes, packaging and the package that it´s used in the product. It presents the logistics that is carried out for the product, as well as the different distribution channels, the incoterm that´s used and the distribution route that is taken to transport the merchandise to the country of destination. In the same way, we look the promotion of the product, the development of the sales promotion and the advertising that is used to advertise the product. There are the international treaties that exist between the seller and the buyer country, as the commercial treaties that exist between them, the different tariff regulations and the documents and procedures involved in this procedure, as well as the different governmental supports. The different no- governmental organizations that are counted in the development of this project are presented. We present the payment methods that were obtained, the international purchase contract that is established, the price of the product and it´s pricing taking into account the different expenses that were taken from the beginning of the project.
