Abstract:
ABSTRACT: This project consists in export solar panels to Belgic, which were fabricated by the company PaneMex. Throughout the thesis it is explained the procedure for create a company from the simple (the choice of product and market) to the most complex (price fixing), causing means that every decision made by the president must be adequate and precise, this implies dedication and time to make the right decision. Nowadays the contamination increases exorbitantly, provoking what first world countries introduce renewable energies to reduce the contamination for this reason we decided this product, because it eliminates artificial energy using sunlight as a source of energy, having the best materials and in the production, they have supervision and exceptional care. The company has the slogan “The light of a better future of the world”, this is as our main objective is that the product motivates other countries and begin to integrate renewable energies for the care of the environment. The market was Belgium, because it is a country that in recent years has increased the consumption of green energy among its population, which generates greater demand for the product, this will be used to increase competition and thus be able to improve our product constantly, this will generate advertising and promotion as future opportunities, this is carried out mainly in the potential market since it is a market that requests renewable energies such as solar panels, therefore, this makes it the perfect market for the sale of solar panels.
The company continues to improve in the renewable energy market thanks to the fact that it is innovating in technological advances, market research was carried out, as well as the price, helping to select the ideal market, this is reflected when the objective they have in mind is achieved. This project is thanks to the help of the employees as well as the managers of this company, because the company has had errors which the workers and the managers have solved. for this reason, the company PaneMex carried out a strategic plan, which aims to avoid this type of errors and prevent competition from being successful, to achieve this the company worked as a team and in harmony choosing the most qualified people in the position and less problematic, had a superiority mentality.
