ABSTRACT: The purpose of this summary is to capture the interest of a third party, investor or partner, and to make it read this thesis. Help for All S.A. is a company dedicated to the commercialization of human saliva samples for the development of drugs destined to Israel. Whose aim of the company is the collection of saliva from healthy subjects, both sick that depends on the client's request where the saliva played an important role for the laboratories that study it by extracting the DNA. What is going to allow us to differentiate ourselves from the potential markets are our promotional strategies, our advertising, promotion gifts and commercial strategies with people of public relations with their extensive experience for the conviction of potential customers and the goal of marketing is to get positioning with respect to other competitors IE 25% share in the market and move to stages of utility growth.
This thesis shows that it is feasible to take advantage of the opportunities of the environment and the competitive advantages of the brand, to generate competitive advantages that make sustainable a business model oriented to meet consumer demand, the generic strategy of the company will be the high segmentation or niche and will have as Objective to position the product, he main competitive advantages of the product in the use of the latest technology for saliva extraction and its preservation and export quality as a positioner input, And it is oriented to those companies not only in Israel that need the development of drugs, but also those laboratories that occupy for any scientific research not only for chronic illnesses, but also for other types of illnesses or studies it will be analyzing in detail important aspects of the company with the constant changes in the market looking to be in the image and height to remain tt the forefront of collecting saliva samples. Determine the labeling, packaging and packaging, it was essential to send our product in optimal conditions, as well as the parquet to avoid that the product arrives defective and useless to its destination. Sales promotion and public relations were handled in the best way to attract our clients in this sector located in Israel.
