Abstract

RESUMEN: El proyecto Central de Abastos Puerta de Oro, ubicado en el municipio de Celaya, Guanajuato, mismo que emana del catálogo de proyectos producto del Programa de Desarrollo Urbano 2050 propuesto por especialistas de la empresa Croma Estudio. El objetivo es diseñar un proyecto urbano- arquitectónicoejecutivo proyectado para el año 2019 en respuesta a la necesidad económica del municipio. Para poder definir la tipología del proyecto fue necesario realizar un estudio metodológico el cual fue desarrollado en varias etapas: respecto a la investigación documental de la Metodología para Plan de Desarrollo Urbano de Celaya se realizó de acuerdo a la Secretaría de Desarrollo Social (SEDESOL); se hizo una definición del marco de Referencia (Conceptual, histórico, teórico y contextual) de la tipología del proyecto, tomando en cuenta el estudio de edificios análogos del proyecto, se realizó un análisis de usuarios y sus necesidades, diagramas y matrices de funcionamiento y finalizando con la investigación de campo (entrevistas y observación directa), contemplando diferentes técnicas e instrumentos de observación y análisis de datos, aplicando instrumentos de compilación, guías y entrevistas abiertas; plantear el diseño fundamentado por la Metodología del Diseño Arquitectónico. La Central de Abastos se caracteriza por cuatro edificios: Edificio A y B en el que se encuentran 268 locales en total, Edificio C en donde está la zona de autoservicio y la zona administrativa y el Edificio E que es donde se ubican los talleres mecánicos y zona de descanso para los choferes. Posteriormente se desarrolló y enriqueció por medio de ingenierías y tecnologías de vanguardia el proyecto ejecutivo, como lo son el diseño y cálculo de elementos estructurales, hidrosanitarios y eléctricos, proyecto de iluminación, integración de telecomunicaciones, manuales de accesibilidad, la integración urbana que tendrá el proyecto con el contexto y el análisis de costo paramétrico para saber el alcance financiero del edificio. Asimismo, dentro del debate de resultados y las conclusiones se hace un análisis general del proyecto para comparar el cumplimiento de los alcances y objetivos planteados. ABSTRACT: The "Puerta de Oro" Central Supply Project, located in the municipality of Celaya, Guanajuato, which emanates from the catalog of projects produced by the 2050 Urban Development Program proposed by specialists from the Croma Estudio company. The objective is to design an urban-architectonic-executive project projected for the year 2019 in response to the economic need of the municipality. In order to define the typology of the project, it was necessary to carry out a methodological study which was developed in several stages: with respect to the documentary research of the Methodology for Urban Development Plan of Celaya, it was carried out according to the Secretariat of Social Development (SEDESOL); a definition of the reference framework (Conceptual, historical, theoretical and contextual) of the typology of the project was made, taking into account the study of similar buildings of the project, an analysis of users and their needs, diagrams and matrices of operation and with the field research (interviews and direct observation), contemplating different techniques and instruments of observation and data analysis, applying compilation instruments, guides and open interviews; propose the design based on the Architectural Design Methodology. The Central Supply Project is characterized by four buildings: in the Building A and B are 268 premises in total, the self-service and the administrative area in Building C, the mechanical workshops and the rest area for drivers are located at the Building E. Subsequently, the executive project was developed and enriched by means of engineering and cutting-edge technologies, such as the design and calculation of structural, hydro-sanitary and electrical elements, lighting project, telecommunications integration, accessibility manuals, urban integration that will have the project with context and parametric cost analysis to know the financial scope of the building. Likewise, within the discussion of results and conclusions, a general analysis of the project is made to compare compliance with the scope and objectives set.
