En el presente trabajo de Tesis de Investigación se desarrolla el estudio y análisis del Modelo de Dos Temperaturas del Enfriamiento Termoeléctrico en estructuras semiconductoras homogéneas, en este modelo dichas temperaturas que representan el subsistema de electrones y fonones son diferentes. Se obtienen las distribuciones de Temperatura de ambos subsistemas en aproximación lineal en función de la corriente eléctrica y también se desarrollan las ecuaciones de balance de energía y de calor de electrones y fonones así como la aplicación de las condiciones de frontera para la obtención de la ecuación final.
ABSTRACT: In this thesis of Investigation is developed the study and analysis of the Two Temperatures Model of the Thermoelectric Cooling in homogeneous semiconductors structures, in this model the temperatures that represent the subsystem of electrons and fonones are different. The Temperature distributions of both subsystems are obtained in lineal approach in function of the electric current and also energy balance and heat equations of electrons and fonones are developed as well as the application of the frontier conditions for the obtaining of the final equation.
