ABSTRACT: This document describes the process for the design and construction of a line follower mobile robot, adapted with a laser as cutting tool, in order to perform cuts of patterns in fabric used in the making of clothes. While the prototype executes the cut activity it allows the user to continue with another step of the process of clothing confection. The selection of electronic components, actuators and mathematic modeling for control are included. Looking for economic, light and resistant prototype, that allows to achieve the general objective. Aiming to the minimum changes caused by the implementation of the prototype, at the user workshop, is necesary to ensure enough autonomy for the robot, being capable to perform several cuts, the voltaje source is attached, finally the designs are included: CAD prototype that includes the actuators of movement and cut, moreover PCBs for the adaptation of sensors. Finally, there were added the results obtained, making an analysis of them. At same way, there were included recomendations for a posible future work, in which can be improved the function and solve problems not considerated in this project. |
