Proyecto ejecutivo de nuevo Palacio Municipal para el municipio de Chalco, Estado de México

Abstract

RESUMEN: La administración pública es el engrane fundamental que hace funcionar al gobierno de México en sus tres niveles, gracias a ello es posible hacer funcionar al país, sin embargo, resulta pertinente contar con infraestructura que permita que la administración realice sus tareas de manera óptima. La justificación de este proyecto nace de una investigación minuciosa del equipamiento con el que cuenta el municipio mexiquense de Chalco, una vez arrojado el resultado, se llego a la conclusión de la necesidad de una nueva sede ejecutiva del gobierno municipal. Para ello, el proyecto debía representar la historia, cultura y legado que han brindado las y los chalquenses al estado y al país, de ahí el resultado de la monumentalidad que busca expresar este proyecto. Se realiza una propuesta innovadora y respetuosa del sitio donde estará enclavado, con el objetivo de dar identidad y una nueva reconfiguración espacial al entorno. ABSTRACT: The public administration is the fundamental gear that makes the government of Mexico work at its three levels, thanks to this it is possible to make the country work, however, it is pertinent to have infrastructure that allows the administration to carry out its tasks optimally. The justification of this project is born from a meticulous investigation of the equipment that the Mexican municipality of Chalco has, once the result was obtained, the conclusion was reached of the need for a new executive headquarters of the municipal government. For this, the project had to represent the history, culture and legacy that the Chalquenses have provided to the state and the country, hence the result of the monumentality that this project seeks to express. An innovative and respectful proposal of the site where it will be located is made, with the aim of giving identity and a new spatial reconfiguration to the environment.
