RESUMEN: Se analiza la región del Bajío; conformado por los municipios de San Juan del Río, Tequisquiapan y Ezequiel Montes pertenecientes al Estado de Querétaro en México, con la finalidad de recabar los componentes que lo conforman, como lo son aspectos sociales, urbanos y físico-geográficos. Por lo tanto, surge el Programa de Desarrollo Urbano para la Región del Bajío propuesto por especialistas, donde el principal propósito fue determinar el catálogo de proyectos pertinentes para identificar los déficits y áreas de oportunidad que funcionen como principal rector del proyecto a desarrollar. Asimismo, se aplicaron estrategias urbanas de mejora para el Plan de Desarrollo Urbano.
Eventualmente, se identifican las problemáticas principales del territorio, entre las que destacan asentamientos irregulares, déficit de equipamiento urbano (sector recreativo y cultural), así como también falta de servicios turísticos como rutas turísticas para potencializar la región.
Posteriormente se realiza un marco teórico referencial de un proyecto arquitectónico recreacional, ubicado en Tequisquiapan, en el cual se analizan los componentes conceptuales, teóricos e históricos del proyecto y su contexto inmediato, con el propósito de obtener la información necesaria para justificar la propuesta de equipamiento urbano acorde con las necesidades de la zona.
Por otra parte, al haber efectuado el análisis y determinación de los aspectos característicos de la región, se procede a realizar la metodología del proyecto Centro Ferial de Exposiciones y Convenciones. Finalmente, se efectúa la proposición de una solución ejecutiva integral para la correcta ejecución y operación del proyecto urbano- arquitectónico.
ABSTRACT: The Bajío region is analyzed; made up of the municipalities of San Juan del Río, Tequisquiapan and Ezequiel Montes belonging to the State of Querétaro in Mexico, in order to collect the components that make it up, such as social, urban and physical-geographical aspects. Therefore, the Urban Development Program for the Bajío Region, proposed by specialists, arises, where the main purpose was to determine the catalog of pertinent projects to identify the deficits and areas of opportunity that function as the main guide of the project to be developed. Likewise, urban improvement strategies were applied to the Urban Development Plan.
Eventually, the main problems of the territory are identified, among which are irregular settlements, a lack of urban equipment (recreational and cultural sector), as well as a lack of tourist services such as tourist routes to enhance the region.
Subsequently, a referential theoretical framework of a recreational architectural project is made, located in Tequisquiapan, in which the conceptual, theoretical and historical components of the project and its immediate context are analyzed, in order to obtain the necessary information to justify the equipment proposal urban according to the needs of the area.
On the other hand, having carried out the analysis and determination of the characteristic aspects of the region, the methodology of the Fair Exhibition and Convention Center project is carried out. Finally, the proposal of an integral executive solution for the correct execution and operation of the urban-architectural project is made. |
