Abstract

RESUMEN: El proyecto por desarrollar parte de la armonización y equilibrio que la naturaleza demanda en su entorno, no hablamos de un texto informativo con un objetivo reflexivo y documental, se trata de la teoría necesaria para un plan de acción ante lo que surge un proyecto arquitectónico que involucra diversos sectores con el fin de dar una mejora en la zona en que es proyectado, así como presentarse de manera ejemplar para futuros proyectos que se asemejen en finalidad y comportamiento, comprometiendo al escrito actual en ser una tesis que funcione de guía para obras similares y que más allá de verlo como un proceso metodológico, sea más bien un complemento a la capacidad de comprensión de los grandes problemas globales que actualmente existen. La Arquitectura es un arte que se ramifica en diversas áreas por analizar, es un conjunto amplio de conocimientos y habilidades las que se requieren para llegar a la comprensión de un nuevo sistema de desarrollo que parte de una problemática general hasta llegar a una solución particular por llevar a cabo. Su historia nos puede vincular al encuentro armonioso y bello entre el ser humano y sus creaciones con objetivos que parten de distintos medios, pero en el actual siglo XXI sus objetivos ya no son solamente ilustrativos a lo que apreciamos y adoramos, sino también a las necesidades que tenemos por los actuales problemas que nos dejan en la postura de erradicar con ellos. Como seres humanos somos parte de la naturaleza y dependemos de ella para vivir, sin su mantenimiento el déficit y declina miento nos afecta severamente, así como a todos los seres vivos del planeta. La falta de atención a nuestro entorno natural ha provocado que se tengan grandes pérdidas y con el tiempo la crisis será aun mayor, dejando por debajo lo que el planeta nos ha dado. La concentración a la atención de los medios que necesitamos es indispensable para el avance que demanda la sociedad y el entorno natural con el fin de respetarlo y proyectar un crecimiento en común con los sectores económicos, políticos y demográficos, pensando en el auto sustento de las obras arquitectónicas y bajar el índice de contaminación tanto como sea posible de acuerdo con la cantidad de emisores. Como arquitectos nuestro objetivo también es el cuidado del medio ambiente, proyectar por una arquitectura sostenible que permita dar un proceso cíclico para el mantenimiento de las edificaciones que promuevan la convivencia con el medio natural y no la destrucción de este con tal de obtener una ganancia económica, el cubrir aportaciones distantes en la convivencia y fomentar la individualización de objetivos que nos dejaran un avance lento en comparación a los resultados obtenidos por un trabajo en equipo; conformado por seres humanos, flora, fauna, ecosistemas y todos los sectores que puedan rodear a un usuario que se presente en la obra proyectada. Ahora el tema por tratar, empezando por cual sea la temática tendrá este objetivo primordial: el cuidado del medio ambiente y el crecimiento sostenible de la sociedad. Partiendo de una zona de estudio y los déficits que en ella se presentan se ira conjeturando un proyecto que se demande en la zona, justificando el porqué de la elección y los beneficios que este atraería para la sociedad y medio natural que lo acompañan, además de ser un plan de negocios que indudablemente será una fuente de ingresos que provocara un crecimiento en los puntos focales para los que la sociedad esta interesada manifestando todo lo mencionado con información recabada de medios seguros y oficiales, cumpliendo con normatividad vigente y mostrando un análisis crítico para el usuario lector. Its history can link us to the harmonious and beautiful encounter between the human being and his creations with objectives that start from different means, but in the current 21st century its objectives are no longer only illustrative of what we appreciate and adore, but also the needs that we have due to the current problems that leave us in the position of eradicating them. As human beings we are part of nature and we depend on it to live, without its maintenance the deficit and decline affects us severely, as well as all living beings on the planet. The lack of attention to our natural environment has caused great losses and over time the crisis will be even greater, leaving behind what the planet has given us. Concentrating the attention of the media that we need is essential for the progress demanded by society and the natural environment in order to respect it and project growth in common with the economic, political and demographic sectors, thinking about the self-sustenance of the architectural works and lower the pollution index as much as possible according to the number of emitters. As architects, our objective is also to care for the environment, to project for a sustainable architecture that allows a cyclical process for the maintenance of buildings that promote coexistence with the natural environment and not its destruction in order to obtain an economic gain, covering distant contributions in coexistence and promoting the individualization of objectives that will leave us a slow advance compared to the results obtained by teamwork; made up of human beings, flora, fauna, ecosystems and all sectors that may surround a user who is present in the projected work. Now the subject to be discussed, starting with whatever the subject is, will have this primary objective: caring for the environment and sustainable growth of society. Starting from a study area and the deficits that appear in it, a project that is demanded in the area will be conjectured, justifying the reason for the choice and the benefits that it could attract for the society and natural environment that accompany it, in addition to be an attractive business plan that undoubtedly is a source of income that will cause growth in the focal points for which society is interested, manifesting all the aforementioned with information collected from safe and official media, complying with current regulations and showing an analysis critical to the reader user.
