Proyecto arquitectónico y ejecutivo de un Centro de Capacitación y Actualización para Trabajadores de la Industria del Municipio de Celaya, Guanajauto

Abstract

RESUMEN: El proyecto Centro de Capacitación y Actualización Industrial Celaya (CENAL) ubicado en el municipio de Celaya, Guanajuato, emana de un diagnóstico de aspectos físico-demográficos, sociales, económicos y culturales realizado al entorno actual, así como de un análisis al plan municipal de desarrollo que comprende hasta el año 2040, de los cuales obtenemos las principales condicionantes para realización, desarrollo y diseño del proyecto arquitectónico y ejecutivo, que resolverá la falta de mano de obra calificada para trabajar en el sector más importante a nivel económico de la región, brindara oportunidad de mejorar el ingreso de las familias del municipio mejorando así su calidad de vida, permitiendo el acceso a la educación. Se pretende resolver la problemática postulada con una propuesta arquitectónica que se integre al contexto urbano de Celaya y contribuya a su imagen urbana. Se realizaron el marco conceptual, teórico y referencial del proyecto, así como la metodología correspondiente abarcando desde elementos conceptuales, el estudio de edificios análogos, la determinación de usuarios, el análisis de áreas, el uso de diagramas de funcionamiento, hasta aplicar las condicionantes de diseño y llegar a la creación del partido arquitectónico para definir la solución del proyecto arquitectónico con áreas necesarias para cumplir con sus funciones propuestas, el proyecto se desarrollara en una superficie de terreno de 16,800 m2 (16.8Ha) con una superficie construida de 12,299 m2, el terreno cuenta con un uso de suelo MCS (Mixto Comercial y Servicios); y la realización del proyecto ejecutivo donde se realizaran los proyectos de las diferentes ingenierías para el correcto funcionamiento del conjunto, como el diseño y cálculo de elementos estructurales, el criterio de instalación hidrosanitaria, que abarca la utilización, manejo y reciclaje del agua a utilizar, así como el proyecto iluminación y abastecimiento energético, la integración de telecomunicaciones, así como la integración de medidas sustentables al proyecto para disminuir la repercusión de su impacto en el medio ambiente, el proyecto de arquitectura del paisaje y el análisis de costos para saber el alcance financiero del mismo. Los beneficios que este proyecto ofrece es el acceso a una formación profesional para el trabajo en el municipio ocasionando el fomento del empleo e impulsando el desarrollo económico. Teniendo gracias a la educación trabajos de calidad y bien remunerados. ABSTRACT: The Project Centro de Capacitación y Actualización Industrial Celaya (CENAL) will be located in the town of Celaya, Guanajuato. It emanates from a diagnosis of physical-demographic, social, economic and cultural aspects made to the current environment, in addition to an analysis of the municipal development plan that includes until the year 2040, from which we obtain the main conditions for implementation, development and design of the architectural and executive project, which will solve the lack of qualified labor to work in the most important economic sector in the region, will provide an opportunity to improve the income of families in the municipality, thus improving their quality of life, allowing access to education. The aim is to solve the postulated problem with an architectural proposal that integrates to the urban context of Celaya and contributes to its urban image. The conceptual, theoretical and referential framework of the project was carried out, as well as the corresponding methodology covering from conceptual elements, the study of similar buildings, the determination of users, the analysis of areas, the use of functioning diagrams, until applying the design conditions and arriving at the creation of the architectural proposal to define the solution of the architectural project with the necessary areas to fulfill its proposed functions, the project will be developed in a land surface of 16,800 m2 (16. 8Ha) with a built area of 12,299 m2, the land has a MCS (Mixed Commercial and Services) land use; and the execution of the executive project where the projects of the different engineering companies will be carried out for the correct operation of the complex, such as the design and calculation of structural elements, the criteria of hydro-sanitary installation, which includes the use, management and recycling of the water to be used, as well as the lighting and energy supply project, the integration of telecommunications, as well as the integration of sustainable measures to the project to reduce the impact on the environment, the landscape architecture project and the cost analysis to know the financial scope of the project. The benefits that this project offers are the access to a professional training for the work in the town causing the promotion of the employment and boosting the economic development.
