Abstract:
RESUMEN: La Alcaldía Tláhuac con mas de 300 mil habitantes, es una de las que cuentan con mayor número de migración en la Ciudad de México, por lo tanto en un corto periodo de tiempo y debido al crecimiento de la urbe en esa zona es que existen carencias considerables en distintos rubros de vital importancia para el pleno desarrollo humano; Es por ello que después de ser realizado todo un análisis e investigación urbano-social dentro de la alcaldía y con el objetivo de generar una aportación significativa en ese sector de la población, específicamente en el ámbito del estudio y desarrollo de las artes, se considera que una buena forma de crear cimientos sólidos en el conocimiento de esta área, es por medio de la generación de espacios que se encuentren al alcance de la mayor parte de la población, como lo es una Escuela Integral de Artes; Dando como resultado un constante fomento del aprendizaje y educación por medio de la cultura, ya que al pasar de los años ah sido considerada (la cultura) como el conocimiento base para la mejora y fomento de sana convivencia entre individuos que conforman una sociedad; Finalmente, lo ya mencionado lleva a concluir que la generación de espacios culturales de aprendizaje que inician como beneficio individual, nos lleva a una mejora significativa a nivel colectivo entre los habitantes de esta Alcaldía.

ABSTRACT: The municipality of Tláhuac, with more than 300 thousand inhabitants, is one of the municipalities with the highest number of migrants in Mexico City. Therefore, in a short period of time and due to the growth of the city in this area, there are considerable
deficiencies in different areas of vital importance for full human development; It is for this
reason that after having carried out an analysis and urban-social investigation within the
municipality and with the objective of generating a significant contribution in this sector of
the population, specifically in the field of the study and development of the arts, it is
considered that a good way to create solid foundations in the knowledge of this area, is
through the generation of spaces that are within the reach of the majority of the population,
such as an Integral School of Arts; This results in a constant promotion of learning and
education through culture, since over the years it has been considered (culture) as the
knowledge base for the improvement and promotion of healthy coexistence between
individuals that make up a society. Finally, the above mentioned leads to the conclusion
that the generation of cultural learning spaces that begin as an individual benefit, leads to
a significant improvement at a collective level among the inhabitants of this municipality.
