Abstract:
RESUMEN: El presente trabajo mostrará la investigación, desarrollo, y diseño de un
anteproyecto arquitectónico de mercado local que cumpliera las necesidades del
estado de Atlixco, Puebla. Para fomentar el desarrollo económico y urbano del
mismo impulsando así el consumo local y el turismo. Se tomo en cuenta el
PMDU, para que el proyecto se desplantara en un terreno clasificado como “Área
de futuro crecimiento urbano”, el cual esta rodeado de habitantes que cuentan
con todos los servicios básicos pero no tienen a su alcance la infraestructura
necesaria como un mercado local; De esta forma se obtuvo un proyecto que
estuviera al alcance de los habitantes que actualmente no cuentan con este
servicio a sus alrededores, favoreciendo el impacto social, urbano y económico
del mismo.
ABSTRACT: This work will show the research, development, and design of a preliminary
architectural project for a local market that meets the needs of the state of Atlixco,
Puebla. In order to promote the economic and urban development of the same,
thus promoting local consumption and tourism. The PMDU was taken into
account, so that the project would be deployed in a land classified as "Area of
future urban growth", which is surrounded by inhabitants who have all the basic
services but do not have at their reach the necessary infrastructure such as a
local market; In this way we obtained a project that was within reach of the
inhabitants who currently do not have this service in their surroundings, favoring
the social, urban and economic impact of the same.
