Diseño de un modelo de gestión con enfoque sistémico-hermenéutico, para una empresa de turismo alternativo en la delegación Magdalena Contreras, Distrito Federal

Abstract

La siguiente investigación plantea el diseño de un modelo de gestión para el crecimiento y desarrollo del turismo alternativo en la Delegación Magdalena Contreras, en el Distrito Federal; la cual pretende contribuir en el desarrollo del Parque San Nicolás Totolapan y darle mayor importancia a este segmento del turismo en la entidad como alternativa de preservación de sus bosques y así crear fuentes de trabajo para los habitantes de estas zonas. A grandes rasgos, esta investigación se plantea de lo deductivo a lo inductivo utilizando la teoría hermenéutica del turismo de manera dialéctica y transformacional, que va de lo general a lo particular, desmenuzando cada una de las partes que integran el objeto de estudio, para poderlas analizar y luego interpretarlas en una forma análoga. Dando como resultado, la integración de las partes en un modelo sistémico viable basado en el modelo de Stafford Beer, que pretende brindar a las comunidades de la Delegación, la oportunidad de mejorar y desarrollar el fenómeno turístico que se oferta actualmente en esta zona. En este Modelo de Gestión para las comunidades de la Delegación Magdalena Contreras, se estudian y analizan los componentes y sus interrelaciones con el fin de lograr un equilibrio e interacción entre éstos, con el propósito de promover y dar un auge al turismo alternativo en es ta parte de la zona suroeste del Distrito Federal, que cuenta con variados recursos naturales.

The following research raises the design of a management model for the growth and development of alternative tourism in the Magdalena Contreras in the Distrito Federal; which tries to contribute in the development and to give greater importance to this segment of the tourism in the Distrito Federal like a preservation alternative of the forests of the DF and as a consequence, create sources of work for the inhabitants of these zones of the entity. In broad strokes this research is presented from the deductive thing to the inductive thing using the hermeneutics theory of tourism in a dialectic and transformational way, that goes from the general to the individual, crumbling each of the parts that integrates the object of the study to be able to analyze them and soon to interpret them in an analogous form. Resulting in the integration of the parts in a viable systemic model based on Stafford Beer’s model that tries to offer the communities of the Delegation Magdalena Contreras the opportunity to improve and develop the tourist phenomenon offered in this zone at the moment. In this Management Model for the communities of the Magdalena Contreras Delegation, studies and analysis of the components and their interrelations with the purpose of obtaining a balance and interacti on between these are made, in order to promote and provide a height to the alternative tourism in this part of the south western zone of the DF, that counts on varied natural resources.
