Estrategias de gestión en los presidentes de academias para mejorar sus funciones en el Nivel Medio Superior del CECyT No. 2 "Miguel Bernard" del Instituto Politécnico Nacional.

Abstract

La presente tesis se centra en las funciones que realizan los Presidentes de Academia con la gestión para mejorar en el Nivel Medio Superior del CECyT “Miguel Bernard” del Instituto Politécnico Nacional. El objetivo del trabajo consiste en analizar las funciones que desarrollan los presidentes de academias para proponer una estrategia de gestión. La metodología se realizó mediante un diseño de tipo no experimental transeccional descriptivo, la muestra se conformó por treinta dos docentes con nombramiento de presidentes de academias al que se les aplico un cuestionario tipo Likert, el análisis de los datos se realiza con el programa para las ciencias sociales SPSS (StadisticalPackgeforthe Social Sciences). La conclusión general establece la necesidad de profesionalizar a los presidentes de academias en las competencias en gestión, tal como lo decreta la UNESCO (2000). Asimismo, acciones formativas en gestión institucional. Por lo anterior, se hace una propuesta de estrategia de gestión para los presidentes de academias en la cual se establecen las competencias básicas para mejorar sus funciones mediante cursos de formación y actualización en gestión, que servirán a la unidad académica para fortalecer el trabajo que realizan los presidentes de academia y a la institución misma.

ABSTRACT The following thesis centers on the functions of the presidents of academy in order to improve the management they undertake at high school level at CECyT "Miguel Bernard" of the Instituto Polítecnico Nacional. The objective of the work consists in analyzing the functions that presidents of academies promote with the development of a management strategy. The methodology is based on a design of type not experimental descriptive transeccional, the sample is conformed by thirty two teachers with the appointment of presidents of academies to whom a questionnaire is applied type Likert, the analysis of the data is performed with the program for the social sciences SPSS (StadisticalPackge for the Social Sciences). The general conclusion establish the need to professionalize the presidents of academies in the competitions in management, as it is decreed by the UNESCO (2000). Likewise, formative actions in institutional management. Therefore, a proposal strategy of management is made to the presidents of academies in which basic skills are set to improve its functionality through training courses and having updates in management that will serve to the academic unit to strengthen the work that the presidents of academy perform and also to the institution itself.
