El uso de las TIC en la práctica docente del Cecyt 16 “Hidalgo”: La huella del mandato fundacional

Abstract

RESUMEN: La tesis que presento con el título: El uso de las TIC en la práctica docente del Cecyt 16 “Hidalgo”: La huella del mandato fundacional tiene como propósito dar cuenta del sentido que los académicos del Cecyt 16 “Hidalgo” tienen acerca del uso de las Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación (TIC) dentro de su práctica docente, esta tarea me exigió desarrollar un proceso de investigación de carácter cualitativo, bajo las premisas de la teoría fundamentada y requirió un trabajo intenso de recuperación de información empírica a través de la realización de una serie de entrevistas no estructuradas al personal docente del área de Ciencias Sociales y Administrativas. El análisis de los datos recuperados me llevó a plantear la necesidad de dar cuenta del mandato fundacional del Instituto Politécnico Nacional (IPN) como encuadre y marco de referencia al contrato pedagógico-didáctico que cada docente resignifica de manera particular. Así se concluye que la demanda social que dió origen al IPN de proporcionar una formación técnica a los ciudadanos para incluirlos dentro del ámbito laboral e impulsar el desarrollo económico del país, sigue vigente y orienta el uso de las TIC dentro de la práctica docente que tiene lugar en el Cecyt 16 “Hidalgo”. ABSTRACT: The thesis that I present with the title: The use of ICT in the teaching practice of Cecyt 16 "Hidalgo": The imprint of the founding mandate has as purpose to give an account of the meaning that the academics of Cecyt 16 "Hidalgo" have about the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) within their teaching practice, this task required me to develop a qualitative research process, under the premises of grounded theory and required an intense work of recovery of empirical information through the realization of a series of unstructured interviews to teaching staff in the area of Social and Administrative Sciences. The analysis of the recovered data led me to raise the need to give an account of the founding mandate of the National Polytechnic Institute (IPN) as a frame and frame of reference to the pedagogicaldidactic contract that each teacher resignifies in a particular way. This concludes that the social demand that gave rise to the IPN to provide technical training to citizens to include them in the workplace and boost the economic development of the country, remains in force and guides the use of ICT within the teaching practice that has place in the Cecyt 16 "Hidalgo".
