La conservación de los palacios nobiliarios del siglo XVIII en la Ciudad de México con un uso compatible

Abstract

RESUMEN: En el siglo XVIII, en la Ciudad de México se vivía el Virreinato de la Nueva España, el cual se desarrolló durante los siglos XVI y XIX. Durante este periodo, las personas que poseían un título Nobiliario debían tener un lugar donde vivir, es por esto por lo que sus residencias fueron establecidas en lugares privilegiados, donde gozaran de todas las comodidades y facilidades que existían en su época. En la Ciudad de México, todas estas Residencias principales se edificaron en lo que actualmente se conoce como el centro histórico, sin embargo, es importante aclarar que no todas las construcciones se construyeron al cien por ciento, algunas de ellas adaptaron construcciones existentes y se ampliaron o hicieron algunos cambios acordes a las necesidades que requerían. Sin embargo, el periodo del virreinato concluyó en el siglo XIX, con la independencia de México en el año 1821, a partir de entonces los Nobles no tenían el poder que algunas veces ejercieron, pero algunas de sus Residencias continúan en pie hasta nuestros días, y son el estudio principal de la investigación, para adentrarnos en la historia y saber cuál ha sido su destino a través del tiempo. ABSTRACT: In the 18th century, in Mexico City was the Viceroyalty of New Spain, which developed during the 16th and 19th centuries. During this period, people who held a title of Nobility had to have a place to live, which is why their residences were established in privileged places, where they enjoyed all the comforts and facilities that existed in their time. In Mexico City, all these main Residences were built in what is currently known as the historic center, however, it is important to clarify that not all the buildings were built one hundred percent, some of them adapted existing buildings and expanded or made some changes according to the needs they required. However, the period of the viceroyalty ended in the 19th century, with the independence of Mexico in 1821, from then on, the Nobles did not have the power that they sometimes exercised, but some of their Residences continue standing to this day, and they are the main study of the investigation, to search in history and know what their destiny has been through time.
