Efecto detersivo de los componentes del detergente ecológico en el lavado del algodón sin teñir y su efecto en la transferencia de colorante del algodón teñido

Abstract

RESUMEN: En este estudio las diferencias de color (D.E.) son las referencias más importantes a la hora de evaluar las solideces de los colorantes en los lavados para mediar el grado de migración del colorante, desde el tejido teñido al tejido blanco testimonio. Por tanto, el estudio se fundamenta en los valores de las diferencias de color (D.E.) para establecer relaciones comparativas a nivel de sustratos, fórmulas y colorantes, y determinar el resultado más significativo sobre la formulación detergente eficiente, así como la manera de evitar la migración del colorante de un tejido a otro. El estudio se complementa con otras referencias numéricas, como las curvas de remisión que informan de posibles cambios de matiz, etc(8). Para la degradación del colorante se utilizaron productos detergentes y productos blanqueantes con el fin de determinar la influencia de éstos sobre una muestra de algodón teñida y no teñida así como su eficiencia. Se han hecho lavados con distintas fórmulas detergentes, utilizando en cada una de ellas agentes blanqueantes como percarbonato sódico y Mykon variando los componentes de las fórmulas detergentes.

ABSTRACT: In this study the color differences (D.E) are the most important references at evaluating the solidity of the colorant in the washings to measure the level of migration of this colorant from the dyed fabric to the white fabric. Therefore this study is based on the values to establish comparative relations at the level of formulas, colorants and samples and to determine the most meaningful result about the efficient detergent formulation as such as the way to avoid the colorant migration from one fabric to other one. This study is complemented with another numerical references, such as the remittance curves which inform about possible changes of shade to that colorant degradation there were used detergent products and whiting products in order to determine the influence of this products on a dyed cotton sample and in an not dyed one as well as its efficient there have been done several washings with different detergent formulas, using for each of them whiting agents as Sodium Percarbonat and Mykon varying the components of the detergent formulas.
