Abstract

ABSTRACT: ACEHMEX is an iron and steel manufacturer founded in Municipio since 2005. In Lázaro Cárdenas, Michoacán, which aims to expand the market to Europe, offering a high quality material, has the benefit that not only a type of iron or steel is produced, but also that there is a sale of calmed steel apart from the laminate and with a very wide variety of measures. The steel industry represents 2.9 percent of the National Gross Domestic Product, demonstrating the impact of the steel industry on the country economic activity. The project was made in order to develop an initiative that is viable for export, for the choice of the product studies were used in which it is verified which is the most profitable market, the one of greater access with respect to iron and rolled steel as well as the processes to which the same is submitted for sale, it is emphasized that it is not a final product, but an intermediate product in its production processes with its particular specifications. final if not a given material and different utilities such as the automotive industry, production of household appliances, sold as tinplate used in the manufacture of cans for packaging food. In 2016, Mexico ranked 10th with a production of 23 million tons. In the last 5 years, Mexico has increased its steel production by an annual average of 1.7%; however, its growth has been hampered by factors such as high energy costs and lack of raw materials. In the research project, other methods for sustainable energy are implemented, thus reducing costs in the long term. The reason why the export is directed to Germany is because there is a large automotive market in the country, this being the one that sells more material and thus obtaining more profit over the others. Germany recognizes Mexico as an emerging power and considers it a privileged partner, especially in the economic sphere. For Mexico, is a strategic ally, being the economic leader of Europe.
