dc.description.abstract ABSTRACT: The problem sets a standard for undertaking an act of international commerce, in this case the need for Assuta Medical Center in Israel to import digital thermometers to cover public health programs. The health sector in Mexico is a good producer of thermometers and has the capacity to satisfy this demand and proposes 1,200 thermometers for the city of Tel Aviv. We used quantitative, qualitative, analytical and synthetic methods; each one had a reasonable participation to collect data in the best way. Explains what trade agreements are and what Mexico has with this country, which is the Mexico-Israel Free Trade Agreement that allows us to trade with our country of destination. We talk about the structure and composition of each of the elements that make up the thermometers, thus comply with the regulations that dictate sanitary measures. We marked the consumption of the main destinations that import thermometers and that was what encouraged us to continue with the choice of destination country. Allows us to know the different countries that providers thermometers to Israel, as well as which represent a competition and threat to the commercialization of our product. Determine the labeling, packaging and packaging, it was essential to send our product in optimal conditions, as well as the parquet to avoid that the product arrives defective and useless to its destination. Choose the appropriate colors according to your culture. We marked the consumption of the main destinations that import thermometers and that was what encouraged us to continue with the choice of destination country. Allows us to know the different countries that supply thermometers to Israel, as well as which represent a competition. The type of transport chosen was analyzed to avoid risks of mistreatment and loss of merchandise, the routes; they were visualized in different perspectives until getting the most suitable route, the INCOTERMS, etc. The corresponding trademark procedures were carried out to reserve our rights over it before the Public Registry of Industrial Property. Sales promotion and public relations were handled in the best way to attract our clients in this sector located in Israel. The correct procedures and their documentation for the realization of customs delivery were searched of origin and destination, public supports offered by different secretaries and private companies such as chambers of commerce and with which we give the rights of the merchandise to our buyer and this the product cost. es
