Abstract

RESUMEN: El proyecto Centro Federal de Readaptación Social Varonil del Bajío, ubicado en el municipio de Celaya, Guanajuato, el cual emana del programa de desarrollo urbano realizado por especialistas de la empresa Urbanica y con propuestas específicas, dentro del cual sobresale el catálogo de proyectos que cubren las necesidades de equipamiento urbano hasta el año 2050, en él se presentan los elementos principales para la realización, desarrollo y diseño de un proyecto urbano – arquitectónico – ejecutivo que resolviera principalmente la sobrepoblación y escases de penales federales dentro del municipio y de la misma manera, brindar áreas de oportunidad en crecimiento y mejoramiento de la seguridad federal , imagen y equipamiento urbano, elevando la calidad de vida de los habitantes, manteniendo la relación con su contexto histórico, social y urbano. Se determina resolver la problemática con relación a una respuesta urbano – arquitectónica, bajo la decisión de ejecutar el proyecto de Centro Federal de Readaptación Social Varonil del Bajío. Se realizaron los marcos conceptual, teórico e histórico de la tipología de edificio del proyecto así como la metodología de proyecto abarcando desde elementos conceptuales, el estudio de los edificios análogos al proyecto, el análisis de usuarios y sus necesidades y rutas de distribución y producción, el programa de necesidades, diagramas y matrices de funcionamiento, hasta los condicionantes de diseño y la creación del partido arquitectónico para pasar a la solución del proyecto arquitectónico con áreas que comprende sus funciones específicamente de cada una, el proyecto se desarrollará en una superficie de terreno de 2232,744.88 m2 (23.27 Ha), con una superficie construida de 24,570 m2, Uso de Suelo (EU) Equipamiento de Servicio Urbano y proyecto ejecutivo donde se desarrollaron los proyectos de ingenierías, a utilizar para el enriquecimiento del proyecto, como lo son el diseño y cálculo de elementos estructurales, el criterio de instalación hidrosanitaria que abarca desde la utilización, manejo y reciclaje del agua a utilizar, así como el diseño del proyecto de iluminación y abastecimiento y métodos de ahorro energético y la integración de telecomunicaciones para la integración digital al proyecto físico, además de la integración por manuales de accesibilidad y el aporte urbano al contexto, el análisis de costos para conocer el alcance financiero del mismo. Los beneficios que ofrece este proyecto son la reinserción social de la población penitenciaria como individuos útiles y productivos a la sociedad, a través de programas y acciones basados en el respeto a los derechos humanos, el trabajo, la capacitación laboral, la educación, la salud y el deporte, en complemento con actividades culturales, cívicas, recreativas y religiosas. De la misma manera, dentro del debate de resultados y conclusiones se realiza el análisis de la ejecución general del proyecto para realizar la comparación y cumplimiento de alcances y objetivos. ABSTRACT: The project Centro Federal de Readaptación Social Varonil del Bajío, located in the municipality of Celaya, Guanajuato, which arises from the urban development program realized by specialists of the company Urbanica and with specific proposals, inside which emphasizes the catalog of projects that cover the needs of urban equipment until the year 2050, in this one are present the main elements for the realization, development and design of an urban project - architectonic – executive that could solve principally the overpopulation and shortages of federal prisions inside the municipality and in the same way, Provide areas of opportunity in growth and improvement of federal safety, image and urban equipment, raising the quality of life of the habitants, maintaining the relation with its historical, social and urban context. It decides to solve the problems in relation to an urban-architectural answer, under the decision to execute the project of Centro Federal de Readaptación Social Varonil del Bajío. There were realized the conceptual, theoretical and historical frames of the building typology of the project as well as the project methodology including from conceptual elements, the study of the similar buildings to the project, the analysis of users and their needs and routes of distribution and production, the program of needs, diagrams and operating matrices, up to the determinants of design and the creation of the architectural party to go to the solution of the architectural project with areas that comprises its functions specially of each one, the project will be developed in an area surface of 2232,744.88 m2 (23.27 Ha), with a built surface of 24,570 m2, Land use, Equipment of Urban Service and executive project where the engineerings projects developed, to use for the enrichment of the project, as are the design and calculation of structural elements, the criterion of hydrosanitary installation that includes from the use, handling and recycling of the water to be used, as well the design of the lighting project and supply and methods of energy saving and the integration of telecommunications for the digital integration to the physical project, In addition to the integration by manuals of accessibility and the urban contribution to the context, the costs analysis to know the financial scope of the same one. The benefits that this project offers are the social reintegration of the prisoners like useful and productive individuals to the society, through programs and actions based on respect to the human rights, the work, the labor training, the education, the health and the sport, in complement with cultural, civic, recreational and religious activities. In the same way, in the debate of results and conclusions there is realized the analysis of the general execution of the project to realize the comparison and fulfillment of scopes and objetives.
