Paseo cultural vías Zempola

Abstract

RESUMEN: La presente tesis Contiene el desarrollo metodológico del proyecto “Paseo Cultural Vias Zempoala”, aplicado en el Municipio de Zempoala, Estado de Hidalgo, como parte del proyecto conjunto con el Municipio en pos de suplir las necesidades y apoyar al municipio en su búsqueda de consolidarse como un “Pueblo Mágico”. El desarrollo del proyecto tiene como fin resolver múltiples problemas de la población del municipio, entre los cuales destacan: el fomento al turismo, el apoyo al desarrollo de los habitantes del municipio, la consolidación de la identidad cultural del municipio. En las siguientes páginas se describe el proceso de análisis y desarrollo del proyecto descritos en cuatro capítulos descritos a continuación: Capitulo 1. PLANTEAMIENTO DEL PROBLEMA, en donde se expone los diversos problemas del municipio y las áreas de oportunidad que sustentan dicho proyecto Capítulo 2, MARCO DE INVESTIGACIÓN Y ANÁLISIS DE SITIO, donde se exponen las bases de investigación previa, que se divide en cuatro partes: Aspectos Físicos, Aspectos de Infraestructura, Aspectos Urbanos y Aspectos Demográficos. Capítulo 3. METODOLOGÍA DEL PROYECTO ARQUITECTÓNICO, contiene la elaboración y análisis del programa arquitectónico a trabajar. Capítulo 4. PROYECTO EJECUTIVO, contiene el desarrollo y análisis de la parte ejecutiva del proyecto. ABSTRACT: This thesis contains the methodological development of the project "Paseo Cultural Vias Zempoala", applied in the Municipality of Zempoala, State of Hidalgo, as part of the joint project with the Municipality to meet the needs and support the municipality in its search to consolidate as a "Magic Town". The development of the project aims to solve multiple problems of the population of the municipality, among which stand out: the promotion of tourism, support for the development of the inhabitants of the municipality, the consolidation of the cultural identity of the municipality. The following pages describe the process of analysis and development of the project described in four chapters described below: Chapter 1. PROBLEM APPROACH, where the diverse problems of the municipality and the areas of opportunity that sustain said project are exposed Chapter 2, SITE ANALYSIS AND RESEARCH FRAMEWORK, which sets out the bases of previous research, which is divided into four parts: Physical Aspects, Aspects of Infrastructure, Urban Aspects and Demographic Aspects. Chapter 3. METHODOLOGY OF THE ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT, it contains the elaboration and analysis of the architectonic program to work. Chapter 4. EXECUTIVE PROJECT, contains the development and analysis of the executive part of the project.
