ABSTRACT: Unfortunately for Mexico, the issue of labor productivity is in the last place of 36 countries that
make up the OECD (2017); with regard to national productivity, this has decreased to 0.7% (PND,
2013-2018). This research focused on that Provetecnia, a company located in the tertiary sector
with commercial activity, has more than 35 years of experience, cannot achieve the desired
productivity, due to the variation of the inputs used, it was also revealed that there is no evidence
in the organizational structure of the assignment of tasks based on cerebral dominance, and that
the organizational climate is not in the best conditions, but on the contrary, there is an atmosphere
of apathy, indifference and conflict, because the human factor doesn't find enough motivation.
The objective of this investigation was to analyze the cerebral dominance of the human factor, as
well as the organizational climate with the productivity of the Provetecnia company, to have
elements of judgment that allowed us to propose strategies or lines of action that will improve it,
the established working hypothesis is that as long as the brain dominance and the organizational
climate are analyzed, it will be possible to know the productivity of Provetecnia.
The results of the research were the following: for productivity and organizational climate no
strengths were detected, but on the contrary the majority of indicators represented weaknesses and
to a lesser extent some areas of opportunity, for cerebral dominance and according to Ned
Herrmann predominated in the organization quadrant A, analytical. It was determined that the two
independent variables are affecting the productivity variable, and this affirms the existence of the
relationship between the variables of this study.
Finally, it is proposed to properly select and train the human factor, placing them according to
their mental preferences according to the results of the instrument applied, as well as performing
the following activities: investment in remodeling common areas, in learning and continuous
training, updating profiles, positions and salaries, improve communication and participation
through effective leadership, reengineering of the mission, vision, organizational objectives and
procedures manual. |
