Proyecto arquitectónico para el cementerio "La Ascensión", en el municipio de Corregidora, Querétaro

Abstract

RESUMEN: En la presente tesis se expone el estudio realizado en el municipio de Corregidora, Querétaro; en el cual se investigaron los aspectos sociales, económicos, físicos, factores urbanos, entre otros; para realizar una tabla de los proyectos de equipamiento urbano que se podrían desarrollar, sustentado del Plan de Desarrollo Urbano del Municipio planteado para su ejecución entre 2014 a 2030, además de una entrevista con El jefe de Obras Públicas del Municipio. Dando como resolución a este análisis la necesidad de implementar un cementerio pero con una mayor capacidad y variedad de servicios funerarios en un mismo lugar, por lo que se tomó la decisión de desarrollar un proyecto arquitectónico y ejecutivo que atienda esta necesidad, ya que cuenta con diferentes áreas como velación, capilla, fosas, nichos y gavetas, venta de flores, ataúdes, cafetería, administrativos y servicios generales. En donde se integrarán todos los planos de las ingenierías que conforma el proyecto, así como el costo de la obra, renders que mostraran como lucirá terminado tanto en espacios interiores como exteriores. El cementerio “La Ascensión” le dará servicio al 100% de la población del municipio y tendrá una capacidad de fosas y criptas (incluyendo osarios, nichos, gavetas). ABSTRACT: This thesis presents the study carried out in the municipality of Corregidora, Querétaro; in which the social, economic, physical aspects, urban factors, among others, were investigated; to make a table of the urban equipment projects that could be developed, supported by the Urban Development Plan of the Municipality proposed for its execution between 2014 and 2030, in addition to an interview with the head of Public Works of the Municipality. Giving as a resolution to this analysis the need to implement a cemetery but with a greater capacity and variety of funeral services in the same place, for which the decision was made to develop an architectural and executive project that meets this need, since it has different areas such as vigil, chapel, graves, niches and drawers, flower sales, coffins, cafeteria, administrative and general services. Where all the engineering plans that make up the project will be integrated, as well as the cost of the work, renderings that will show how it will look finished both in interior and exterior spaces. The "La Ascensión" cemetery will serve 100% of the municipality's population and will have a capacity for graves and crypts (including ossuaries, niches, drawers).
