Abstract:
Tartárico de 0.54 ± 0.01 UP.
ABSTRACT: The drugs intoxication are becoming more frequent, and nowadays are a serious problem, because of the low incidence that they present, also they unleash more health problems that can become deadly, such as hepatotoxicity and cellular death. For this reason, in the present project has been proposed the two full-grape (skin, pulp and seed) concentrates with in vitro antioxidant capacity; second quality (recovered) and first quality, with the aim of proof their chemopreventive and protective biological activities, in a Vincristine and Acetaminophen caused damage murine model. It was obtained grape concentrates with 5.86 ± 0.28 ºB and a % of Tartaric acid de 0.62 ± 0.3 para SQ y 36.33 ± 0.577 ºB and a % of Tartaric and de 0.54 ± 0.01FQ. The presence of TP were evaluated, where (SQ) obtained 104.88 GAE/L y (FQ) obtained 85.45 GAE/L, also the antioxidant activity was evaluated by ABTS (7.78 y 4.48 mmol Trolox/L, respectively) and DPPH (3.48 y 3.7 mmol Trolox/L, respectively) methodologies. Besides the effects of the concentrates respect with hepatic ALT enzyme were evaluated and there were not differences with the bibliography results. It was concluded that the concentrates are biologically actives and they act such as chemopreventive and protective reagents.
