Los bajos niveles de privacidad fenómeno de estudio de la presente investigación, en la cual se establece como estos son causados por la transformación de la función espacial que realizan los usuarios en los diferentes espacios que integran la vivienda, en diferentes niveles. Fenómeno que incide en el usuario en relación al control de
la información que percibe tanto auditiva como visual, en los diferentes espacios de la vivienda, que
impide que el usuario lleve acabo prácticas y actividades de tipo privado individual o en grupo y públicas de socialización, en los diferentes espacios, que le permitan llevar acabo lo anterior, con un cierto nivel de privacidad y
para lo cual en el presente estudio se realiza un análisis de la estructura de los espacios considerados como
privados y públicos en la vivienda, como son los de uso privados individual o en grupo, la recámara individual, recámara matrimonial, el baño y los espacios públicos, la sala, el comedor, la cocina, en donde el control de la información percibida auditiva como visual, representa un factor importante para lograr un nivel de privacidad, y que
para lograr esto el usuario, necesita de elementos arquitectónicos como son, muros, puertas, ventanas, losas. Además de que el tipo de materiales en relación al tipo de acondicionamiento acústico y térmico serán también un factor importante.
Se plantea también la importancia de contar con un nivel óptimo de privacidad en cada uno de los espacios en lo referente al manejo de las relaciones sociales y familiares, además de que logra el fortalecimiento de identidad y autonomía, para una mejor calidad de vida del usuario en su vivienda. Y que el no contar con un nivel
de privacidad en los espacios de la vivienda repercute en problemas de tipo social, los que se materializan en desintegración de los grupos sociales que habitan en la las viviendas. Los elementos que se consideran en la transformación de la función espacial de la vivienda son el cambio de uso de los espacios privado y público,
la demolición de muros de tabique, losas de concreto, construcción de losas de concreto y de muros de materiales como son de tabique, panel w, vitroblock entre otros, que realice el usuario al interior de la viviendas, estas cuestiones traducidas como niveles de transformación que permitieron, relacionarlos con los niveles de privacidad que manifestaron los usuarios en los diferentes espacios de la vivienda. El método utilizado fue no experimental y se centró en la percepción auditiva y visual que presentaron los usuarios de la información que presenta el individuo ante la pérdida o preservación de la privacía en los diferentes espacios de sus viviendas, y de los elementos arquitectónicos como muros, losas, que le permiten llevar acabo un control de la misma. La medición e interpretación de datos se estableció mediante dos escalas que nos determinó el nivel de privacidad y la segunda que nos permitió
conocer el nivel de transformación ejercido. Finalmente los datos se relacionaron y se hicieron inferencias de las cuales se establecieron las conclusiones. El caso de estudio fue la unidad habitacional denominada ex hacienda de Coxtitlan, ubicada en el Estado de México, Municipio de Chicoloapan de Juárez, la cual presenta viviendas de interés social, tipo duplex.

And for that which the study presents an analysis of the structure of the spaces considered as private and publics in the housing, like they are those of use deprived singular or in group, the individual chamber, matrimonial chamber, the bathroom, and the public spaces, the room, the dining room, the kitchen where the control of the perceived information, auditorily as visual, it represents an important factor to achieve a level of privacy, and that to achieve this the user, he/she needs of architectural elements as they are, walls, doors, windows, flagstones. Besides that the type of materials in relation to the type of acoustic and thermal acondicionamiento will also be an important factor.
He/she also thinks about the importance of having a good level of privacy in each one of the spaces regarding the handling of the social and family relationships besides that achieves the invigoration of identity and autonomy, for a better quality of the user's life in their housing. And the one that not having a level of privacy in the spaces of the housing rebounds in problems of family promiscuity, those that are materialized disintegration of the social groups of the housings. The elements that are considered in the transformation of the space function of the housing are the change of use of the deprived spaces and public, the demolition of
partition walls, flagstones of concrete, construction of flagstones of concrete and of walls of materials as they are of partition, panel w, vitroblock among other that the user carries out to the interior of
the housings. These questions represented translated as transformation levels that allowed, to correlate them with the levels of privacy that the users manifested in the different spaces of the housing.
The used method was not experimental and it was centered in the auditory and visual perception that the users of the information that the individual presents before the loss or preservation of the privacía in the different spaces of their housings presented, and of the architectural elements as walls flagstones that a
llow him to take finish a control of the same one. The mensuration and interpretation of data settled down by
means of a scale, the one that determined us the level of privacy and the exercised transformation level. Finally the data were correlated and inferences were made of which the conclusions settled down.
The case of study was the unit residence denominated former country property of Coxtitlan, located in the State of Mexico, Municipality of Chicoloapan of Juárez, which presents housings of social interest, type duplex.
