Propuesta de diseño del producto ecoturístico y su comercialización para la reserva de la biosfera "Barranca de Metztitlan", Hgo.

Abstract

La presente investigación se desarrolla en un Área Natural Protegida (ANP) bajo la categoría de Reserva de la Biosfera ubicada en el Estado de Hidalgo y que comprende parte de 8 municipios (Acatlán, Atotonilco el Grande, Eloxochitlán, Huasca de Ocampo, Metepec, Metztitlán, San Agustín Metzquititlán y Zacualtipan), cuya importancia se ve reflejada en la diversidad biológica que alberga y que a su vez forma el actual corredor biológico del Altiplano Central de nuestro país. Su riqueza cactológica representada por viejitos, biznagas, mamilarias (especies endémicas), aunado a su patrimonio arquitectónico religioso del siglo XVI y del patrimonio arqueológico que mediante pinturas rupestres dejan ver la cosmología cultural de los antepasados, hacen de esta Reserva un lugar cuyo atractivo natural y cultural sea de gran relevancia y representatividad para el desarrollo de la actividad turística con responsabilidad ambiental. Por tanto, es menester en el desarrollo del trabajo considerar que el uso y aprovechamiento de los recursos naturales y culturales de la región busque mediante la actividad turística un beneficio equitativo para los actores involucrados como son: las comunidades locales, los turistas y el ambiente. Se destaca la importancia de ver al turismo como un fenómeno social que fomente la capacidad libertaria del ser humano en la utilización de su tiempo de ocio y que permita desarrollar a través de la actividad lúdica toda su capacidad de ensoñación y transformación de su realidad, provocando una revalorización de las diferencias culturales y naturales a través de las relaciones humanas. De ésta manera se asume una postura que ayude a evitar que la actividad turística siga siendo enajenante, excluyente y depredadora del medio ambiente y que por el contrario contribuya al desarrollo sustentable al integrar al ecoturismo como una vía de respecto entre el entorno natural, cultural y humano, satisfaciendo las expectativas sociales, ambientales y económicas tanto de las comunidades receptoras como de los turistas que visiten el lugar. Para dar respuesta a lo antes planteado, se consideraron las nuevas tendencias de la actividad turística donde las expectativas de los viajes recaen en diversificar sus experiencias al conocer lugares donde les ofrezcan el conocimiento y la participación activa con el medio ambiente. Por lo tanto, el producto diseñado esta dirigido para todas aquellas personas que deseen participar en actividades encaminadas a la preservación y conservación de la naturaleza, buscando adquirir nuevos conocimientos mediante experiencias emocionales, espirituales e intelectuales, que les ayuden a crecer como personas a través de la convivencia con el medio ambiente.

The present investigation is developed in a Protected Natural Area (ANP) under the Reservation category of the Biosfera located in the Nobleman State and that is made up of 8 municipalities (Acatlán, Atotonilco the Large, Eloxochitlán, Huasca of Ocampo, Metepec, Metztitlán, San Agustín Metzquiti tlán and Zacualtipan), whose importance is seen reflected in the biodiversity that harbors and that at the same time conforms the current biological corridor of the Central Altiplano of our country.

Cactologic wealth represented by little old, binges, mamilarias (endemic kinds), united to its religious architectural patrimony of the S.XVI and of the archaeologic patrimony that through paintings rupestres let see the cultural cosmology of the forebears, cause that this Reservation will be a place whose natural and cultural attraction is of great relevancy.

Considering all the natural and cultural wealth with the one which counts the investigation site, is emphasized the importance of seeing the tourism as a social phenomenon that encourage the libertarian capacity of the human being in using its leisure time and that permit to develop through the activity lúdica all their its capacity of dreening and transformation of its reality, provoking a revaluation of natural and cultural differences through the human relationships.

So it is assumed a posture that helps to avoid that the tourist activity follows being alienating and excluding of the environment and that on the contrary contributes to the sustainable development upon integrating the ecoturismo as a respect route between the natural, cultural and human enviroment satisfying the social and economic expectations, the receiving communities as of the tourists that visit a this place.

To give a response about it has been outlined there were considered the new trends of he tourist activity where the expectations of the trips relapse in diversifying their/its experiences upon knowing places where the offer the knowledge and the active participation with the environment. For so much, the product designed directed for all those persons that wish to participate in activities routed to the preservation and conservation of the nature seeking to acquire new knowledge through emotional experiences, spiritual and intellectual that help him or her to grow as a person through the living together with the local communities who will lend the tourist services.

Concerning the local communities it was carried out a work participation to emphasize the importance of participation as active agents in the process of planning, organization, management and control in the presentation of the tourist service, through the use and conservation of its natural resources and cultural through sustainable tourism. Of such form that this activity will be additional to its daily activities and that in its possibility helps to decrease different problems that affect the region; as the lack of employment, migration, familiar breakup, loss of cultural identity, between others.
