Casa Real del Gran Desagüe, San Cristóbal Ecatepec

Abstract

RESUMEN: La casa del real desagüe también conocido como Centro Comunitario Casa de Morelos, es un espacio que inspira al municipio, al ser un inmueble Histórico de la comunidad. Por lo tanto, me identifique es este proyecto, al yo vivir en el municipio de Ecatepec tras el sismo del 17 de septiembre, este inmueble quedo daño y por lo tanto quedo sin uso, el cual lo hizo un caso perfecto para esta investigación, al involúcrarme en la restauración me permitió realizar la investigación previa de inmueble y encontrar una amplia información sobre este. El proceso de investigación inicio con la historiografía del municipio de Ecatepec de Morelos por la importancia que tuvo en la época colonial, en la cual el inmueble fue construido, en el proceso se encontró planos, información necesaria para saber que la casa Real del desagüe fue reconstruida por varios años, pero la reconstrucción mas importante fue con por el Arquitecto Ignacio de Castera el cual realizo los planos en 1798, la cual parte del diseño prevalece durante estos años. A partir de esa investigación se analizó las características arquitectónicas y sistemas constructivos los cuales me llevaron a la realización de los planos de estado actual, daños y deterioros, de la casa real del gran desagüe, así como el análisis del inmueble. Por lo tanto, al proceso realizado, se llegó al análisis de la planta alta del inmueble en especial al muro de adobe, ya que es un sistema que prevalece a pesar de los años y modificaciones, al ser el sistema mas daño del sismo se llegó a un análisis del proceso de restauración del proyecto. The investigation process began with the historiography of the municipality ofEcatepec de Morelos because of the importance it had in the colonial era, in which the property was built, in the process plans were found, information needed to know that the Royal House of the drain was rebuilt for several years, but the most important reconstruction was with the architect Ignacio de Castera who made the plans in 1798, which part of the design prevails during these years. From that investigation, the architectural characteristics and construction systems were analyzed, which led me to the realization of the current state, damage and deterioration plans, of the real house of the great drain, as well as the analysis of the property. Therefore, to the process carried out, the analysis of the upper floor of the building, especially the adobe wall, was reached, since it is a system that prevails despite the years and modifications, since the system is the most damaged earthquake to an analysis of the project restoration process.
