Vulnerabilidad e injusticia. La vida de los niños de calle

Abstract

RESUMEN: El “Niño de la Calle” es todo menor que depende o está para sobrevivir, de igual modo existen menores que trabajan en la calle para contribuir al ingreso familiar y son también “niños en la calle”. Con su inclusión en el mercado laboral, los niños y jóvenes de hogares más desfavorecidos se encuentran en condiciones de enorme desventaja, ya que trabajan para contribuir al ingreso familiar, les impide asistir a la escuela y esta falta de preparación se convierte en uno de diversos obstáculos para superar, en el futuro, sus precarias condiciones de vida. Se ha detectado que un gran número de estos niños provienen de familias con violencia familiar y disfuncionales, lo que las convierte en lanzadoras de estos menores, lo que favorece que el problema se mantenga, ya que estos salen a la calle en busca de mejores condiciones de vida, para encontrarse con situaciones hostiles, agresivas, opresivas y violatorias. Estos niños y jóvenes viven continuamente expuestos al uso de drogas, a la violencia social, al abuso sexual, a la prostitución, a la explotación de su fuerza de trabajo en condiciones de ilegalidad y a las enfermedades infecciosas de todo tipo, particularmente las transmitidas por vía sexual. El trabajo que se presenta se compone de un recorrido por la historia de las Instituciones que se han creado en México, particularmente en el Distrito Federal, atendiendo a las personas que viven en la calle, hasta la creación de los Albergues que actualmente existen para brindar la asistencia a los “Niños de la Calle”. Este estudio aborda a estos grupos humanos a partir del conocimiento desde la consideración de las causas qué propiciaron la salida de sus hogares y de identificar cuáles han sido los procesos por los que pasan, al formar parte de los grupos de niños que viven en la calle, sus formas de adaptación a las condiciones de violencia, cómo obtienen los recursos para la subsistencia, cuáles son sus estilos de vida; para poder reconocer en este fenómeno tanto la responsabilidad, como las condiciones de vida, que permitan desarrollar intervenciones en estos grupos, para así incidir en los contextos y los imaginarios sociales que en estos niños determinan la toma de decisiones a sus conductas, muchas veces delincuenciales y autodestructivas. Y de esta manera coadyuvar a desvelar estas condiciones de vida de los “niños de la calle”, para mejorar la asistencia en la medida que se tenga el mayor conocimiento de este fenómeno social, que conlleva profundas implicaciones bioéticas, como los criterios de exclusión o argumentos autoritarios e irracionales, ya que la situación de vulnerabilidad, es fatal, por el desamparo con la que se sitúan estos menores. En los entornos en los que quedan expuestos a las injusticias, particularmente las de tipo sexual, siendo esto uno de los ejemplos que acompañan las historias de vida, por lo que es necesario ayudarles a usar la razón y lo más valioso la vida digna y su carácter, lo que les ha permitido acostumbrarse a ciertos hábitos a lo largo de su vida, sostener los principios platónicos: ética, se refiere a la reflexión o a la acción que se lleva cuando se piensa por cuenta propia razonando y cuidando de nunca dañar a nadie. Lo valioso de la Bioética en estos menores es ayudarlos a pensar con su actuar humano ante la vida, de cómo usar el conocimiento para el bien, para la sobre vivencia y mejoría de su calidad de vida, lo peligroso es la ignorancia y con frecuencia tiene resultados negativos y efectos nocivos para su supervivencia.

ABSTRACT: The "Boy of the Street" is all minor that depends or it is to survive, in a same way they exist smaller than they work in the street to contribute to the family entrance and they are also "children in and of the street." With their inclusion in the labor market, the children and young of homes more desfavorecidos they are under conditions of enormous disadvantage, since to work to contribute to the family entrance prevents them to attend the school and this preparation lack transforms into one of diverse obstacles to overcome, in the future, its precarious conditions of life. It has been detected that a great number of these children comes from families with family violence and dysfunctional, what transforms them into these minors' pitchers, what favors that the problem stays, since these they leave to the street in search of better conditions of life, to meet with hostile, aggressive, oppressive and infringing situations. These children and youths live continually exposed to the use of drugs, to the social violence, to the sexual abuse, to the prostitution, to the exploitation of their work force under conditions of illegality and to the infectious illnesses of all type, particularly those transmitted for via sexual. The work that shows up composes particularly of a journey for the history of the Institutions that you/they have been created in Mexico, in the Federal District, assisting people that live in the street, until the creation of the Housings that at the moment exist to offer the attendance to the "Children of the Street." This study approaches to these human groups starting from the knowledge from the consideration of the causes what they propitiated the exit of its homes and of identifying which the processes have been for those that happen, when being part of the groups of children that live in the street, their forms of adaptation to the conditions of violence, how they obtain the resources for the subsistence, which their lifestyles are; to be able to recognize in this so much phenomenon the responsibility, as the conditions of life that allow to develop interventions in these groups, it stops this way to impact in the contexts and the imaginary ones social that determine the taking of decisions to their behaviors in these children, many times delincuenciales and self-destructing. And this way to cooperate to develop these conditions of the "children's of the street" life, to improve the attendance in the measure that one has the biggest knowledge in this social phenomenon that bears deep implications bioethics, as the exclusion approaches or authoritarian and irrational arguments, since the vulnerability situation, is fatal, for the abandonment with the one that these minors are located, in the environments in those that are exposed to the injustices, particularly those of sexual tip, being this one of the examples that accompany the histories of life, for what is necessary to help them to use the reason and the most valuable thing the worthy life and its character, what has allowed them to get used to certain habits throughout its life, to sustain the platonic principles: ethics, refers to the reflection or the action that it is taken when one thinks reasoning self‐employed and taking care of never to damage anybody. The valuable of Bioethics in these minors is to help them to think with their to act human in the face of the life, of how to use the knowledge well for the, for the survival and improvement of their quality of life, the dangerous thing is the ignorance and frequently he/she has negative results and noxious effects for their supervivencia.
